Children Love Yoga
Children are natural yogiʼs, they breathe properly, live in the moment, thrive on creativity and are filled to the brim with compassion.
A fun, yet structured yoga practice nurtures and encourages these qualities as children grow.
At yoga camp, children will participate in active daily yoga practices, yoga related games, songs, activities and crafts.
Camp led by Claire Matthews (Registered Childrenʼs Yoga Teacher)
